FIVE people have been charged in connection with the theft of wire from Colyton Tram Station.

FIVE people have been charged in connection with the theft of wire from Colyton Tram Station.On June 29, bungling thieves caused thousands of pounds worth of damage and risked electrocution after stealing overhead cable without cutting the power.A 100-metre length of cable worth £10,000 was taken from a shed but the thieves failed to completely shut down the generator.
