Kilmington’s Nigel Phillips chalks up his first win of the new carnival season with another stunning outfit
Leading East Devon carnivalite Nigel Phillips, from Kilmington, struck gold at his first outing of the season.
He won first place as a walking entry at Topsham Carnival on Saturday with his colourful Atlantis costume.
Mr Phillips, of A and A CC, has claimed many top prizes with his amazing outfits over the years including best in show at Honiton in 2010 when he beat the cream of major floats to take the top title.
