Three men from Chard are due to appear in court to face allegations of stealing Lottery scratchcards and a motor vehicle from Seaton.
Three men from Chard have been remanded in custody after allegedly stealing National Lottery scratch cards and a motor vehicle from Seaton.
James Alan Stuart, 46, of Coronation Street, and Daniel John Deeprose, of Brian Mooney Close, were remanded in custody at Central Devon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
Co-defendant Richard Charles Lay, 29, of Old Town, appeared in custody at the magistrates’ court on Friday for breaching his bail conditions and was also remanded in custody.
The men will appear in court on September 6 for committal proceedings to Exeter Crown Court.
