AXMINSTER town council will review its maintenance of St Mary's Church clock - after first making the agreement in 1967.Town councillors argued during the monthly meeting that the agreement had now lapsed and should be updated. But a sum would be set aside each year towards maintenance.The council originally contributed towards the church yard, which has now been taken over by EDDC.
