English Wine Producers Association to help promote event.
The English Wine Producers Association has given its backing to Honiton Wine Festival.
It is working with the festival’s organisers to promote the new event, which is scheduled to take place on Allhallows Playing Field on July 28.
The festival now has over 50 exhibitors taking part - from local producers to artists and English vineyards.
Nigel Reeve, of Marketing West, the festival’s organisers, said: “The response has been excellent, not just from the vineyards but right across the range of standholders.
“Now getting the support of the English Wine Producers is the icing on the cake. Interest in the festival is growing by the week.”
