It was a case of putting best paws forward and making all the right moves when a dog display team from Dunkeswell showed off some canine moves at Crufts.
Bordercombe Dog Display Team, led by trainer Wyn Leney, were invited to perform at this year’s international Crufts dog show at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham.
The team of seven dog handlers aged from nine to 72 and their talented canines, including a Labrador, greyhound, whippet, two standard poodles and two papillion cross Chinese crested dogs gave a demonstration of working to music.
They performed two displays which were enjoyed so much that the organiser asked if they would do a third performance.
As part of the first part of their routine, the team performed to Singing in the Rain - complete with lamppost and umbrellas, which was followed by a performance to Abba’s Take a chance on me.
