Top honour for out-going Mayor's Cadet in Honiton

Cadet Sergeant James Pecover, of 1064 (Honiton) Squadron Air Training Corps, has been presented with a Certificate of Commendation by the officer commanding the Devon and Somerset wing of the youth organisation.

Cadet Sergeant James Pecover, of 1064 (Honiton) Squadron Air Training Corps, has been presented with a Certificate of Commendation by the officer commanding the Devon and Somerset wing of the youth organisation. This prestigious award was presented in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the community while representing the Air Training Corps as the Mayor's Cadet in Honiton.
