Bethany becomes the first St John cadet in her diviison to win the Grand Prior Award
A MEMBER of Seaton and Beer St John Ambulance has become the first cadet in the division to receive the Grand Prior Award – one of the movement’s highest honours.
Bethany Comber, 16, who lives in Seaton and is a pupil at Woodroffe School, Lyme Regis, was presented with the commendation by David Hayward, the County Commander.
Attaining the Grand Prior Award is the goal of all St John cadets and involves them in studying many subjects and entails a great deal of hard work.
