Town centre filthy dirty’ after loss of admired cleaner

At a time when the town council is contemplating spending a small fortune on a pet project, with no mandate from their electors. I would ask them to reflect on things less costly and more immediate .

At a time when the town council is contemplating spending a small fortune on a pet project, with no mandate from their electors. I would ask them to reflect on things less costly and more immediate .

It is just a month since our much admired street cleaner lost his contract and already the High Street is back to where we were a year ago . It is filthy dirty .

I am not sure what benefit to the community the Beehive will be at a cost of £1.75 million, but I am sure that a renewed contract for a dedicated street cleaner will be money well spent, and its results almost immediate .
