Only a matter of time before there is an accident.

SHOPPERS’ safety is being put at risk in Honiton - by traders who continually flout regulations over A-boards.

That is the concern of disabled residents, who have complained to The Midweek Herald.

A local blind man, who was one of five people to contact The Herald on the subject last week, said: “They are nothing but a nuisance and are on the pavements.

“It is only a matter of time before somebody has an accident.”
