Businesswoman found drowned.
A businesswoman, who was captivated by a Midweek Herald ghost story, has been found drowned in her car.
The 51-year-old had just posted a package to The Herald after realising an 18 month dream to commercially market an embroidery sampler first stitched by an eight-year-old on Hallowe’en in 1844.
The late Mary Doidge, of the former Sydenham School, crafted the extraordinary work and appeared to psychics in Honiton in early October 2009 - to complain the work was not on public view.
Full, shocking story in next week’s Midweek Herald.
