A VAGRANT, who broke into the hall at Honiton Community College and defecated on the stage, was only discovered after morning assembly on Monday.The tramp's face was exposed from under a coat when the garment was moved to make way for a Year 11 drama exam.Teachers postponed the exam and called police.It is understood by this newspaper that the vagrant, a man aged between 20 to 30, had left a syringe in the hall and had used the stage area as a toilet.He ran off when discovered.A Year 11 student, who spoke to the Herald with the permission of his parents, said: "His face peered up from under a coat."Our drama exam was then postponed."It is not thought the tramp had been on the premises for long before being discovered.A police spokesman said the college reported a break-in, but that the offender had left the premises.Nobody from the college was available to speak to the Herald before deadline yesterday (Tuesday).
