No more thefts of milk reported in Colyton since plain clothed officers drafted in.
Officers have spoken to a number of youths, and their parents, who have signed a contract stating they will not cause any further problems, after milk was reportedly splashed on theft victims’ windows.
Extra patrols are also operating around St Andrew’s shelter following complaints about youths drinking and leaving litter in the area.
