Officers executed a search warrant which proved “negative”
ARMED police officers were in Axminster today (Wednesday) to execute a search warrant at premises in South Street, it has been revealed.
A spokesman for Devon and Conrwall police said the operation had proved “negative”.
He said the officers, who were armed with equipment to break down doors, briefly visited an address near the Allendale Dry Cleaners shop at around noon.
