Bail application refused. Max Wilson, 23, will appear at Exeter Crown Court later this month.
Max Michael Wilson, 23, of Creechberry Orchard, Taunton, Somerset, appeared at Central Devon Magistrates’ Court in Exeter on Monday morning accused of two offences relating to an aggravated burglary at a private dwelling in Honiton.
Wilson was remanded in custody to appear at Exeter Crown Court on July 19.
He is alleged to have conspired to commit aggravated burglary at an address in Rowcroft Close on Sunday, January 9, and is further accused of being unlawfully in possession of an imitation firearm.
An application for bail was refused.
