PUPILS At Dalwood Primary School today (Friday) took part in a non-uniform day in aid of the Herald's Tash's Trip appeal.

PUPILS At Dalwood Primary School today (Friday) took part in a non-uniform day in aid of the Herald's Tash's Trip appeal.Generous campaign supporters have already raised £2,187.A number of events are planned to help us reach our appeal target of £4,000 to send young cancer victim Tash Gould on a holiday of a lifetime to Australia.Please support events at All Saints Primary School, Axminster Town Football Club, Axe Valley Community College, Winston's, in Seaton, and our sponsored parachute jump.If these events are supported, no further fund-raising initiatives will be required.The Herald does not want to take away from other good causes at an economically difficult time. We want to raise £4,000 - no more.All Saints Primary School is holding a non-uniform day next Friday. The following day (Saturday), Axminster Town Football Club's Sector Lane ground will be the venue of a fund-raising car wash during a home game, between noon and 5pm.Events at Axe Valley Community College are to be confirmed.Winston's, in Seaton, is holding a live music night on November 1. Tickets are on sale at £6.50, of which £1.50 will go towards the appeal. A fund-raising raffle will be drawn during the night.Reporter Angela Brennan is leading a team of skydivers for a sponsored tandem jump at Dunkeswell.
