Plant Hunting in South Africa will be the subject of Mark Wash’s talk to Uplyme and Lyme Regis Horticultural Society’s meeting on Wednesday, May 25.
It takes place in the village hall at 7.30pm. Mark, of Trecanna Nursery in Cornwall, will explain how many of the plants we love to grow have been discovered in South Africa, and there are probably many more still to be found there.
Trecanna is a small specialist nursery with a range of plants from all round the globe, so Mark has much expertise on the subject.
Tea and biscuits will be available all evening - members enter free, visitors £3.
