AN UPOTTERY man has appeared in court on two charges of assault and one of criminal damage.
Bradley Spiller, 25, is accused of assaulting Jadie Chalk and Sarah Spurway, in Honiton, on April 5.
On the same day Spiller, of Chapelhayes Farm, is also alleged to have damaged a clock, curtains, internal door and other furnishings belonging to Ms Chalk.
The case at Central Devon Magistrates' Court has been adjourned until July 2.
