Doctors and nurses struggling to reach medical centre due to road conditions.
Honiton Surgery is open, but has limited doctors, nurses and reception staff available - due to road conditions. A spokeswoman said: “We are asking for patients to ring through any visit requests as early in the day as possible.
“Please note that visits will only be undertaken where it would be dangerous to move the patient due to their medical condition.”
