NOW that the cold snap is almost a distant memory, lovers have been making the most of warmer weather in Honiton.

Two used condoms were found at the side of the Tourist Information Centre, in Lace Walk car park, last Wednesday.

A disgusted passerby told the Midweek Herald: "Whatever next! This is worse than dog owners not clearing up after their pets."

The condoms were found just yards away from a public litter bin.
