POLICE seized a vehicle in Lyme Regis which was being driven without tax, insurance or MOT.
The driver, a local man, was issued with a �200 fixed penalty notice and six points on his license, following the incident in Broad Street on Saturday, May 9.
He will also have to pay �150 plus �20 a day storage to get his vehicle back.
A police spokesman said: "We will not tolerate uninsured drivers in Lyme Regis.
