POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a vehicle was spotted in Kilmington with a false registration plate. A red ford transit type vehicle entered a farm at Hill Farm on and three men were seen looking around the building. When challenged by the farm

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a vehicle was spotted in Kilmington with a false registration plate.

A red ford transit type vehicle entered a farm at Hill Farm on and three men were seen looking around the building.

When challenged by the farmer they said they were looking for scarp metal and made off.

The incident took place on Monday, June 13 at around 1pm. The registration plate was S839 UOG. Anyone with information should call police on 08452 777 444
