Historic milestone reached.

Allhallows Musuem in Honiton has celebrated an historic milestone after welcoming the 400,000th visitor through its doors.

Museum volunteers Alan and Kathleen Hemingway greeted the special visitor – Beth Saunders from Liss, Hampshire – earlier this month.

She was presented with a certificate and a framed antique Honiton lace.

Beth has an interest in textiles and took a break with friends from their walking holiday around the Axmouth area to escape the cold and snow to come and see the museum’s collection of Honiton lace.
