Woodland and wildlife trust is vying for a grant from a NatWest-backed fund.
A charity based near Honiton needs your vote to secure a grant of up to 6,000.
Offwell Woodland and Wildlife Trust is vying for cash from the 2011 NatWest Community Force initiative, which aims to support local people through projects and charities.
But it will only win a slice of the fund if it receives most votes from the general public.
“The Trust is relying on as many of its friends and supporters as possible,” said a spokesman.
“If we receive the funding it will be used to clear overgrown vegetation from the wetland area, encouraging even greater numbers of frogs and toads to breed there in the spring.”
It is free to vote - just visit http://communityforce.natwest.com/project/4980 or call 0800 2100 246.
