OTTER Rotters is warning Honiton residents not to buy waste tags from men who have been knocking on doors.

OTTER Rotters is warning Honiton residents not to buy waste tags from men who have been knocking on doors.Mandy Jennings, of Otter Rotters, says the men are not authorised to sell the tags.She told the Herald rogue operators have been attempting to sell the tags in Exeter Road and that their actions amount to a criminal offence. Ms Jennings is urging people to notify police if door knockers try to sell them the 'Otter Rotter pound'.Authorised outlets for the tags are Otter Rotters, Slades Countrywise, A Dimond & Co, Honiton Sports and Honiton Photographic.
