Near accident.
On driving along Fortescue Road, Sidmouth, at 5.15pm one day last week, I rounded a corner and very nearly bumped into a couple walking on the left-hand side of the road.
It was dark and there was no lighting, and I feel that people have to be more vigilant in thinking of us motorists and of their safety and put a plea out to all who walk after to dark to please wear reflective clothing.
