PUBLISHED: 12:28 04 July 2012

Thunder storms and localised flooding a possibility.

Wet weather is set to continue, with the Met Office issuing a yellow alert for heavy rain tomorrow (Thursday).

Heavy showers or thunderstorms are likely with the potential for some heavy rainfall in places.

The Met Office says: “The public should be aware that, following recent heavy rainfall, the ground remains saturated and that further rainfall would lead to surface water issues and perhaps localised flooding.”
