A former Honiton town councillor expresses her concerns over the community centre in a white elephant cartoon.
A former Honiton town councillor has expressed her feelings about the community centre in a rather unique way. Councillor Cecily Young, who quit last September after less than six months in office, has drawn her very own cartoon depicting a giant elephant carrying the community centre. The cartoon was created during Mrs Young’s time on the council to help her “let off some steam and help keep me sane”.
