A WOMAN was airlifted to hospital after being flung from her canoe at Charmouth Beach yesterday (Sunday, October 4).
She was reported to have sustained a serious leg injury and Lyme Regis Coastguard Rescue Officers and a helicopter were launched around 6.15pm.
She was taken to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Exeter.
