Woman charged over alleged GBH

A SEATON woman appeared in court at Exeter on Monday following an incident in the town on Sunday when it was alleged she attacked her partner.

A SEATON woman appeared in court at Exeter on Monday following an incident in the town on Sunday when it was alleged she attacked her partner.Kerry Freeman, 30, of Brockwell, Fore Street, is charged with assault occasioning grevious bodily harm. Her alleged victim was named in court as Jamie Rudling.Freeman, who appeared in custody, was released on bail to appear at Exeter Crown Court on January 13.Central Devon Magistrates' Court granted her bail on condition that she observes a curfew from 8am to 8pm and does not contact Mr Rudling.
