Detectives have launched a murder inquiry following the discovery of a woman’s body.
The unnamed woman, believed to be in her forties, was found dead at a property in Wonford Street, Exeter, this morning (Friday).
A 53-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder.
The area has been cordoned off while crime scene investigators carry out forensic tests.
