Car severely damaged by fire.
A woman suffered burns and blisters to her hands following a car fire in Honiton.
Firefighters were called to the incident, which occurred in the Whitebridges area of Honiton, at 6.03pm, yesterday (Thursday).
A spokesman for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said: “Fire crews confirmed one off-road vehicle well alight and ninety percent damaged by fire.
“The vehicle fire was extinguished by fire crews using two breathing apparatus wearers and a compressed air foam systems jet.
“The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.”
The woman was given first aid at the scene by fire crews and advised to attend the nearest accident and emergency department.
