A YARCOMBE barn containing 70 bales of hay went up in flames yesterday (Friday).
A YARCOMBE barn containing 70 bales of hay went up in flames yesterday (Friday).
Fire crews were called to the scene near Hilltop Services at around 2pm and found the single storey barn was "well alight".
Two engines from Honiton and a water carrier from Exeter tackled the blaze.
This was reduced to one crew as the barn was in the open and was not affecting anything else in the area.
