Young people remove vandal's graffiti

BUILDINGS in Lyme Regis have been hit by a graffiti vandal with some 'work' deemed offensive to residents.

BUILDINGS in Lyme Regis have been hit by a graffiti vandal - with some 'work' deemed offensive to residents.Several council owned buildings, including the Marine Parade shelters, the Guildhall, town council office wall, and the wall of a seafront private dwelling, were damaged by graffiti. Some of the writing offended some local young people and they volunteered to help remove it - to avoid causing unnecessary distress to members of the public.If anyone has any information, please contact Lyme Regis Police Station or the Safer Neighbourhood Team on (01305) 222222 or call Crimestoppers anony-mously on 0800 555 111.
