Youth centres and arts to get �70,000 from West Dorset District Council

YOUTH Advice Centres and art groups in West Dorset are to get a �70,000 cash boost from the district council.

InSparations in Lyme Regis, Rendezvous in Sherborne, The Mill in Bridport, and Routes in Dorchester will get �8,700 each over the next two years.
And Dorchester Arts is to get a one year grant of �35,982 on the provision it improves arts in the wider community.
West Dorset District Council leader Robert Gould said: "This shows how the district council is continuing to support community services provided by local voluntary organisations."
The funding levels were agreed on Tuesday, March 9, by the executive committee.
