CS Juve 2, Honiton Town 4 Honiton Town Under-11s got the better of Samford Peverell-based CS Juve for the second time in three days.
This was not as one-sided as the earlier meeting in midweek, won 8-0 by Town, although the two home goals were scored close to the end.
Tom Foster (2), Jack Matthews and Corey Leisk, scored the Town goals.
Town now entertain Twyford Bayern who they beat 10-1 a fortnight ago, on Saturday when a win will see them crowned Divisional winners.
Coach Jon Leisk says: “The fact that we had won so convincingly just a few days before I am sure led to what was a below-par performance from the team. That said we were four goals and in cruise control when they netted two late on. Saturday is the big one now and I am sure that the team will deliver.”
