As the end of the Bowls Outdoor Season draws to a close, the Outdoor Competitions Finals have been played. On Saturday morning, the Diamond Nex Pairs and Pollard Mens Pairs matches were played, with the Marshall Handicap, Ladies Singles and Webb Open Singles being played in the Afternoon.
Sunday Morning the Corney Mixed Pairs, Evans Ladies Pairs and Rice Bowl Handicap were played with the Hoskins Men’s Singles and the Heard Two Wood Singles played in the afternoon. Results to be announced soon.
In the Devon County Ladies Benevolent Triples, Sue Wilcox, Heather Chambers and Ann Dredge have beaten Crediton (18 - 11).
The Honiton Ladies Honeybees team played Uffculme in the Ladies Triples League winning the match (31 - 29). Top rink J Granger, J Mackintosh, A Hillyear (21-14).
Honiton won both of the Mixed Friendly Triples matches played at home, beating Budleigh comfortbaly 61-32 and also Exonia by 68-48.
