The outstanding matches in Feniton Bowls Club’s internal competitions have been decided.
In the Club Singles, Paul Bright defeated Di Phillips by 21-16. The Three Bowl Singles was won by Brian Cann, who defeated Ted Cox by 55-47.
The husband and wife competition was won by Graham and Di Phillips, who defeated Don and Avril Coyne by 16-7. The Mixed Pairs competition was won by Brian Cann and Di Phillips who just pipped Joan Hoffman and Roy Lovering by 23-22.
The Closing Drive was held on the Sunday. Over 30 members took part in lighthearted matches in glorious weather. The winners on the day were Judy Smith, Roger Smith and Alan Smith with runners up Richard North Jan Holmes and Kevin Lovering.
Feniton also won friendly matches over Bradninch and Exonia, while the ladies completed their season with a defeat of Chardstock.
