The ladies of Honiton Bowling Club have been on a winning streak in the County and National Bowling matches they have played.
In the National Yetton Trophy, Honiton played Madeira and won (94 - 64) and progressed to the next round when they play Torbay BC.
In the National Mason Trophy Honiton, have two teams and both were successful in the matches they played. Honiton A played Isca A and won (31 - 25), while Honiton B played Madeira B and won (42 - 35),
So Honiton A played Honiton B in the next round. The result of this match saw Honiton A coming out winners, beating Honiton B (39 - 25)
Honiton Ladies have two teams in the County Foxlands League. The Honiton Lacemakers played Sidmouth with the final score (75 - 58) to Honiton, so gained nine points. However, the Honiton Honeybees had to play against a very strong team from Torquay United who won (86 - 46).
A mixed team from Honiton travelled to Madeira to play a friendly match, with Honiton winning (62 - 31). The Top rink was E Richardson, M Granger, J Richardson and L Burston (26 -8).
