Honiton Seniors held a 10 hole, four clubs and a putter competition in tough conditions but Tom Tunnicliffe and Dave Morgan still managed an amazing 28 and 26 points respectively to take first and second places in Division 2. The Division 1 winner was Barry Sims with 20 points, beating Neil Price into second place on countback.
A 10-hole Tuesday Mixed Competition was a Bring & Win Rye Foursomes format. First to select their prizes were Linda and Steve Blundell, who scored 24 points over the 10 holes. Penny Blackburn and Ian Jeeves came second on countback from Georgie and Roger Edwards, both with 23 points.
An additional presentation was made this week to announce the winner of the 2022 Tuesday Mixed Player of the Year. This trophy is awarded to the player who has been in the prizes the most times during the year, and for the second year running, it was won by Paul Ritchie.
