For the second year in a row, Honiton Ladies reached the semi-final of the National Yetton Trophy and played a team from Norfolk on the neutral green of Sutton Bowling Club in Surrey
Honiton put up a good fight and half way through Honiton were leading but the Norfolk side edged ahead in the last few ends to win by 17 shots.
Honiton Ladies played away at Madeira in a friendly and won (49 - 47). Top rink V Loyd, J Granger, J Sherwood (19 - 11). In a return match Madeira came to Honiton and won (49 – 47). Top rink C Armitage, S Willcax, R Barwick (15 - 10).
Honiton have hosted two mixed friendly matches, first beating Chardstock (92 - 42). Top rink T Linsdell, T Armstrong, S Hiscocks, R Russell ( 31 - 7). In the second match, Honiton defeated Newton Abbot (61 - 53). Top rink E Richardson, L Dalton, C Jacob (19 - 6).
