In the second round of the Ladies Exeter & District Ladies Triples League, Honiton Lacemakers played the Sidmouth Blue at home, winning the match 34 - 39 and gaining four points.
The members of the City & County of Bristol came to Honiton to play the last friendly match of their tour and the visitors were on top form, winning 91 - 76. Following the game, the Bristol players enjoyed a meal prepared by D Courtney, D Hawkins and T Lambert and refreshments from the bar by M Richards and C Binmore.
