The Club Finals at Feniton Bowls Club started with wins for B Cann, who defeated R Smith in the two wood competition, 16 -8, and A Kury who defeated D Sanders in the Men’s Singles, 22-11.
J Smith and D Downs beat Z Flockhart and G Phillips in the Club Pairs in a close match by 18-16.
In the Club matches, there were wins against Culm Vale by 47-31, winning rinks were P Lawlor, J Mackintosh and R Clarke, 17-11, and Z Flockhart, A Murdoch and A Kury, 19-10.
In the match against Devon Patrons, there was another good win by 65-53, the winning rinks were P Lawlor, A Coyne, A Smith and G Phillips, 17-9. Finally, the match against tourists Pineholt also resulted in a victory by 76-58, the winning rinks were V Murdoch, B Bowden, D Downs and P Bright, 32-11, and T Cox, A Coyne, R Smith and A Kury, 15-14.
