AVR pair enjoy inaugural Bridport Powder Colour Run

AVR duo Lynn Sloman and Caitlyn Sloman took part in the inaugural ‘Bridport Powder Colour Run’, writes Dave Mutter.
Both clearer enjoyed the 3k run well organised by ‘Beyond Events’ and played out in glorious sunshine.
In other club news, Tim Sibley won the senior AVR August Handicap in a time of 23:26.
Second place went to Anna McLoughlin in 27:37 and Jake Smith was third in 17:55.
Malcolm Greenslade finished fourth in 24:57 and Flo Swan was fifth in a time of 22:59.

In terms of the current standings, Alan Morbey leads in the overall rankings with 111 points followed by Angela Kerr 105, Anna McLoughlin 96, Craig Tiley 82, Tim Sibley and Matt Clist both on 79.
