AVR members took the first two places in the latest Seaton Parkrun meeting, writes Dave Mutter.
Matt Hewer was first home, finishing in a time of 19:17 and Oliver Rodger was 32 seconds after him in 19:49.
Daniel Turner of Tadley Runners was third, 20:06 and Eleanor Wood was the first lady, 15th overall, 22:08 with Karen Eyre the second lady home, 18th overall, 22:32.
Patrick Devine-Wright came in first st at the Killerton Parkrun on Saturday morning in a new PB of 17:30.
