AVR runners claim a one, two, three at latest Seaton Parkrun

AVR runners took places one, two and three at the latest Seaton Parkrun meeting, writes Dave Mutter.

Simon Durrant was first home in a time of 19:22, followed 10 seconds later by Matt Hewer.

Just a single second behind Durrant, and so finishing third in 19:33, was Garry Perratt.

Ellie Dominey was the ladies winner, finishing seventh overall in 20:02. There will be a Parkrun on Saturday (March 11), which is of course also the 2017 Grizzly weekend.
