Last Saturday’s Seaton Park run was won by Rhys Goddard of Sittingbourne Harriers in a time of17:04, writes Dave Mutter.
Second home was AVRs Garry Perratt in 18:22.
Honiton RCS Adam Hennessey was third in 19:20.
The Park Runs are not just about winners, but for anyone of any pace to enjoy and free to enter.
