Awliscombe United head into the New Year in a very healthy state.
The Awls are part of the Division Five promotion race and also have a Football Express Cup quarter final tie next month at home to Culm United Reserves to look forward to.
Their Fresha League promotion push continues this Saturday when they entertain Sampford Peverell at Greenway Lane.
They beat the Mid Devon side 1-0 on their own patch and so head into this weekend’s clash looking to complete the season’s double.
Awliscombe go into this weekend’s game sitting fourth with 10 of their 26 game programme completed.
