Axe Cliff Hangover Cup win for Craig Trivett

The Axe Cliff men’s section met to contest the Hangover Cup, writes Pete Motson.

The format for the competition was bogey and the winner, with a score of plus four, was Craig Trivett.

Nigel Garwood, with a score of zero, took second place and the minus one return of Andrew Hellier saw him into third spot.

There were three twos recorded, scored by Paul Clode, Andy Moore and Mark Perham.

Apologises re the previous report from Axe Cliff regarding the Cosh Trophy in which the winner was actually Nigel Pritchard and not Anthony Hellier.
