Axe Cliff seniors played their November Stableford competition on Friday, writes Pete Motson.
It was another close contest with countback being called into play and it resulted in 19 handicapper Robbie Robinson finishing second with a most creditable score of 37 points.
Edged into second place after he also carded a score of 37 points, was 14 handicapper Alan Morgan.
A close third was 12 handicapper Brian Thompson, who scored 36 points to take third place.
Ron Bragg was the only player to score a two.
